A personal illustration project creating a conceptual cover for Flawless. The illustration focuses on creating a strong visual representation of the story through carefully considered imagery, character details, and decorative elements. I explored composition, colour, and typography to create a cover that feels connected to the tone and themes of the novel while giving it a distinctive visual identity.
The illustrated elements continue onto the spine, allowing the artwork to flow around the book rather than remaining contained to the front cover. This creates a more immersive and cohesive design, with key details still visible when the book is placed on a shelf.
